Seaview409.com is the marketing website for Seaview 409, a privately owned vacation condominium at South Seas Tower 4, Unit 409, Marco Island, Florida. This website does not take reservations or payments.
Information we collect
Information you give us
This website has no contact form, account, newsletter sign-up or payment feature, so we do not collect names, addresses or payment details here. If you email us using an address published on this site, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Technical information
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for delivering and securing the website.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are viewed and which buttons are selected. Analytics does not load unless you allow it.
Booking-link attribution
When you select a booking button, we send you to our property management company's booking page (RentMarco) and add simple referral parameters to that link so the management company can tell that the visit came from Seaview409.com. These parameters travel in the web address only; they do not identify you personally and they do not require storage on your device. If you have allowed analytics, the click is also recorded as an anonymous event with the page and button label. RentMarco operates its own website and applies its own privacy practices to anything you do there.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Strictly necessary: one browser storage entry that remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again on each page.
- Analytics (optional, off by default): Google Analytics 4 cookies, only if you accept analytics and a measurement identifier is configured.
- Preferences: none used.
- Marketing: none used. This site contains no advertising pixels, remarketing tags, behavioural advertising, session-replay software or fingerprinting.
You can change your choice at any time. If you turn analytics off after having allowed it, we stop analytics collection and delete the Google Analytics cookies this site set in your browser.
Other third parties
- Website hosting: serves the pages and images and processes the technical information described above.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces used on the site are requested from Google's font service, which receives the request information needed to deliver the font files.
- RentMarco: our property management company, reached only when you choose to follow a booking link.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
Retention
Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change it. Hosting logs are kept only for the limited period our provider needs for delivery and security. Analytics data, if you enable analytics, is retained according to the Google Analytics settings applied to the account.
Your choices
You can reject non-essential technologies, change your cookie preferences at any time, clear cookies and site data in your browser, and use browser privacy settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to or deletion of personal information about you. Contact us and we will respond to the extent the law requires.
